  • What if my crate arrives damaged?

  • Can I purchase multiple crates going to different addresses as part of a single order?
    No, sorry! Each crate order must be purchased separately when they are being shipped to more than one address. If you have any questions, please email us at sunshincratemail@gmail.com.
  • Is the delivery date guaranteed?
    Unfortunately, no. We cannot guarantee the delivery date. Once we ship the order out, it is out of our control. Contact us if you run into any issues with delivery. We will gladly help fix the problem.
  • I have a special event.  Can my crate be delivered on a specific date?
    We cannot hold crates to be sent on a certain date as we cannot guarantee delivery at a certain time. Your order will be processed and shipped with 1-3 business days. Shipping then takes 2-7 business days. Take a look at your calendar and purchase accordingly.
  • When will my friend receive their crate?
    Each crate is made to order, therefore, crates will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. Our crates are shipped using USPS Priority mail. Once shipped please allow 2-6 business days.
  • Is shipping included in the crate price?
    While we are always striving to keep shipping costs low, there is a $8 per crate shipping fee.
  • Where can you ship my crate?
    We currently ship anywhere is the United States (yes you, Hawaii and Alaska!)
  • What happens if I enter the wrong address and my crate is delivered to the wrong place?
    Please pay special attention when entering the shipping address. We are not responsible for crates being delivered to the wrong address in this case. If you realize that a mistake was made with the address please email us within an hour at sunshinecratemail@gmail.com with your order number and full name with the update address. If it gets returned to us, there will be a $10 re-shipping fee.
  • Can I have my crate sent to my address so I can deliver it in person?
    Absolutely!
  • My crate says it has been delivered but my friend doesn't have it?
    Once we ship our crates and tracking information says it has been delivered, we unfortunately cannot be responible for the package if it was lost or stolen. Please reach out to us though and we can try and help with the claims process with the carrier.
  • What is your return policy
    All sales are final (but trust us, they'll love it). We don't accept returns or exchanges.
  • Can my order be cancelled?
    Sorry, we do not accept cancellations.
  • Does the crate come with a note?
    Yes! You provide the message and we handle the rest. Each message can accommodate up to 230 characters. Remember to include your name unless you want it to be anonymous. If you choose to have your crate sent anonymously we will only include the message "sending sunshine and smiles to brighten your day" on the card. Messages will appear exactly as they were received in the order.
  • Will crate options change?
    We are constantly working on new ideas and ways to refresh current crates. We are open to product suggestions. Email us at sunshincratemail@gmail.com with ideas!
  • Can I customize my crate?
    While some options are customizable, at this time we are limiting full customization.
  • Can I collaborate with Sunshine Crate?
    If you are a maker or would like to suggest a product we should carry, we are open to chat. We're always on the lookout for interesting and fun items to include in our crates. Working with small businesses is our passion. Please get in touch with us via email: sunshinecratemail@gmail.com
  • How do I order a Sunshine Crate?
    Pick a crate for your friend, or for yourself! Choose a candle saying in the dropdown and then add a custom message if you'd like. Then click the Add to Cart button! Review your order and then hit the checkout button. Here comes the part that might be tricky. The first section is the shipping ~ this is where you want the crate to go. Then there's a billing section. That should be your mailing information that matches your credit card. Please don't forget to enter your information in the billing section. Review your order and you're are set! We'll take care of the rest!
